Confirmation of booking

Your booking is only confirmed once you have paid your deposit and you have received your confirmation email.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your party once you have had your party confirmed then we will charge you your deposit fee. However we are always happy to reschedule your party to another date, as long as we have availability on your new chosen date. We will hold your deposit for a rescheduled party for up to 12 months.

If you have to cancel your party booking due to an unavoidable issue on our party then you will be refunded in full.



Once we have received your deposit and your booking has been confirmed, this confirms that Little Princess Parties Ltd will provide an entertainer for your child’s party/event. We will send you confirmation of your chosen character for the time and date chosen by you.

If the entertainer/character becomes unavailable through circumstances out of our control we will inform you immediately. However we have a large team of entertainers so should be able to find cover for your party/event, but if you are not completely satisfied with the replacement you will be entitled to a complete refund.


Party Prices

The party prices and package advertised on our website may change at any time and all prices include VAT. Any offers are only based at certain packages so please check at the time of booking that the offer is applicable.


Booking your event

Your booking is only confirmed once we have received your non-refundable deposit and booking form. Once we have confirmation of your payment you will be sent a confirmation email. The remainder of your balance is then due 24 hours before your party/event. Our entertainers will not accept cash on the day.

Please be aware every party/event will be slightly different depending on the age range of the children attending. However we will contact you prior to your party/event to discuss this with you.


Child numbers

We highly recommend that you comply with the numbers of children stated for each party. We do understand that the odd extra child may turn up that you hadn’t anticipated. However, if you have booked a princess party or any other party package and more than five extra children attend on the day of the party then there will be a £30.00 charge.

Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult for one entertainer to entertain high numbers of children and therefore the party will be severely affected.


Joint parties

We welcome you to have joint birthday parties however there will be an extra charge of £5 per birthday child. This is to enable us to provide each birthday child with a balloon bouquet, birthday card and tiara. 


Party time

We will aim to arrive at the party 30 minutes before the party time, this gives our entertainers time to get ready. We may need access to an electrical socket for our equipment if our entertainers are singing. For our party packages with games involved, we will provide small gifts during the games for prizes. Children must be supervised by adults at all times and you must inform us of the actual number of children attending the party/event at least 24 hours before the party/event date.

Little Princess Parties Ltd will not take any responsibility for loss or damage arising, caused by circumstances beyond our control.


Health and Hygiene

You should contact us in advance of the party if any child attending has any skin condition which will be affected by glitter tattoos or that may be contagious (if your party includes makeovers or tattoos).
